Therapeutic Massage - Neck, Shoulders & Head
A therapeutic massage for the neck, shoulders, scalp & face. This treatment uses a gentle approach with an emphasis on calming the nervous system.
Reducing stress (or the “fight or flight” state) that many people live in, helps to activate the body's natural ability to heal. This treatment aims to be deeply relaxing while maintaining therapeutic goals, such as relieving headaches & pain in the neck, shoulders & jaw. Intra-oral techniques can be used for additional relief of TMJ pain.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is a popular form of relaxation massage that uses heated basalt stones. Heat is an effective way to gently soothe muscles and reduce tension.
This treatment can be tailored to be more relaxing or therapeutic based on your goals. Traditional Swedish massage & advanced therapeutic techniques are blended with hot stones & aromatics in this full body treatment.
