Therapeutic Massage

  • The standard Therapeutic Massage is the most easily customised treatment option. It can be more therapeutic or relaxation focused based on your preferences.

    This treatment blends traditional massage with advanced therapeutic techniques such as:

    • Deep tissue work

    • Passive stretching

    • Trigger point release

    • Myo-fascial release

    • Cranio-Sacral therapy

    • Cupping therapy

Neck, Shoulders & Head

  • This treatment targets tension and pain in the upper back, neck, shoulders and jaw. A gentle approach is used on the scalp and face to encourage deep relaxation, while maintaining therapeutic goals.

    This treatment is recommended to help with the relief of headaches, vertigo, jaw clenching, or for those looking for deep relaxation.

  • 60 minutes - $125

The Stillpoint Massage

  • This is a relaxation focused massage, designed using concepts from traditional massage therapy, Thai massage, and Cranio-Sacral therapy. In this treatment we will work with energy lines and points, myo-fascial restrictions and cranio-sacral flow.

    The goal of this treatment is to regulate the nervous system, connect with the body and release the tension it has stored.

    This treatment is a full body massage using warm oil and aromatics, with an emphasis on the head, stomach and feet. (You can request to skip any areas that you do not want treated).

  • 90 minutes - $185

    60 minutes - $125

    Please note: The 60 minute version of this treatment will focus on the head, stomach and feet and is not a full body treatment.

Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage

  • Hot stone massage is a popular form of relaxation massage that uses heated basalt stones. Heat is an effective way to gently soothe muscles and reduce tension.

    This treatment can be structured to be more therapeutic or relaxation focused based on your preference. Aromatics, traditional and/or advanced therapeutic techniques are used in this full body treatment.
